Where are our collectibles produced ?
Our collectibles are designed by international creatives and printed in France.
Frames and cases are produced in Germany.
Does the case come with the Icon ? And the frame with the collectible poster ?
For the Icon, a high quality German plexiglass case in included.
Posters are sold unframed.
However, we also offer a framing service so that you can, if you wish, receive your poster directly framed. This service is invoiced 25 euros for the 40x60cm format.
What is the size of our collectible posters and Icons ?
Collectible Poster : 40 x 60 cm
Icon : 7.3 x 11 cm
How are products shipped?
Our collectible posters are laid flat in a protected cardboard box with fluting. This packaging guarantees that our posters arrive in perfect condition.
Icons are also packaged in a protected envelope so that they arrive in perfect condition.
What is the NFC tag ?
NFC or Near Field Communication enables information to be transmitted from one device to another automatically and very quickly, and without the need for pairing. All our products will be equipped with an NFC chip to provide a certificate of authenticity. You can place your phone on this chip to access the certification document for the product purchased.
What is a drop?
A Drop consists in offering products made in limited quantity and available for a limited time.
Once you've subscribed to our newsletter, you'll be kept up to date on the release dates of all our collectible drops.

Where do you ship ?
We ship worldwide.
What are our delivery times?
Shipping will start on July 5.
For France, please allow the following time to receive your order:
- 1 to 3 working days for express delivery
- 3 to 5 working days for home delivery or delivery to a relay point
For Germany, Spain, Portugal and UK, please allow the following delivery times:
- 2 to 4 working days for express delivery
- 3 to 6 working days for home delivery or delivery to a relay point
For the rest of Europe, please allow between 3 and 6 working days.
For other destinations, please allow between 5 and 8 working days.
What are the delivery options ?

All countries in the world can benefit from home delivery.
How do I track my order ?
As soon as your order has been processed by our logistics department, you will receive an email with your tracking link. By clicking on it, you will be able to follow the delivery of your parcel.
You must send a photo of your parcel or poster to support@clublegacyz.com within 72 hours with your Last Name, First Name and Order Number so that we can identify you. If we or the carrier are held liable, a new poster will be sent to you free of charge.
Tax and customs
Taxes and customs will be included in the import charges when you pay for your items if you are eligible.

We accept payment by credit card, VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.
Is payment secure?
Your information is encrypted to enable secure browsing of the site. Our SSL certificate (https) and Stripe, a worldwide specialist in online payment solutions, guarantee perfectly protected transactions.

What if I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation e-mail ?
If you have created an account on our site, you can check the status of your orders at any time by logging in and clicking on "My Account", then "My Orders".
You will find one of the following statuses associated with each order:
- Processing: Your order has been registered. Once the payment procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Canceled: the transaction has been cancelled for security reasons. Your order has been cancelled, but your products are still in your basket. You can click on the "basket" icon at the top right of your screen, and repeat the operation.
- Complete: your order has been processed and your products are on their way to you.

What if my order is incomplete ?
If your order is incomplete (an item may unfortunately be unavailable at the time of dispatch), we will refund the price of the item you did not receive.

How do I make a return?
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund. Simply contact our customer service department at support@clublegacyz.com to make your request.
As soon as our service has validated your request, you must return the product(s) in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we have received your parcel, we will check the condition of the product and proceed with the refund if it is perfect.
How long does it take to get your money back?
The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your return.
